We recommend viewing our prints on a tablet, laptop or desktop PC as opposed to a mobile phone before deciding to purchase. Our prints are designed to look and feel organic so sometimes we shade outside the lines. This is purposeful and at the discretion of the artist. Viewing on a large screen can help you to decide which print you want.
DISPLAYING YOUR PRINT.
We recommend that you display your prints in a glass picture frame (preferably UV protected) to preserve the colours.
To prevent fading, avoid displaying them outside or in places that are exposed to direct sunlight.
DISPATCH.
We aim to dispatch your print(s) within 2-5 working days. We print to order and the ink needs 24 hours to settle before we can start the dispatch process.
Dispatch varies depending on our volume of work.
Postage and packaging is included in the price of the prints.
We ship your prints in postage tubes.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival or a wrong print was sent.
This is because each item is printed to order and signed and dated on the back of the print, making them bespoke.
Damaged items must be reported to us within 72 hours of purchase. Email: contact@morose.co.uk and we will guide you through the process.
We will replace damaged items with the same print(s) or offer a refund.
